The use of hyperlinks to this website is permitted and so is the total or partial, non-profit use or reproduction of its content, provided the source is credited and a hyperlink to this website is included, and also in such cases permitted in articles 31 to 34 of the Intellectual Property Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April 1996). VI – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Issues related to the use of this website or its contents are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with these terms of use and Spanish laws. Both parties agree to be subject —except in such cases in which this may not be not legally permitted— to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Haro (Spain) for the settlement of any dispute concerning the use of this website and expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
